Custom Package

My Process

Step 1: Choose the package that best fits your event or select the custom option. Submit a “Request Form” with your event details when ready.

Step 2: Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a custom proposal including services, quote, retainer, contract, and next steps. I also offer a pre-contract consultation to ensure we’re a great fit.

Note: My service area covers the I-5 corridor between Portland and Eugene, OR. Events outside this area may incur a travel fee.

Step 3: To confirm services, sign the contract and pay the retainer. Invoices and contracts will be sent via HoneyBook.

What’s the difference between an event planner and coordinator?

Event Planners:

Are brought in at the beginning of the process and involved in all planning details to build the entire event experience from start to finish.

Event Coordinators:

Are meant to take all details previously planned and execute them as you envisioned on your big day. Details are passed along to the coordinator through entire planning process.
